Net-Zero Energy Passive House Neighborhood

Located in Emlyn, Kentucky, this is the first Passive House Net-Zero Energy residential neighborhood in the region. The small rural neighborhood consists of five 1200 s.f. affordable houses developed by Southern Tier Housing Corporation. CSC Design Studio provided all Passive House Consulting on the project. The houses are projected to be Net-Zero Site Energy and to generate a Net-Positive income stream for each house because of feed-in tariffs.
